COUNT YOUR “W” BLESSINGS

Today is our “W” blessing day. Look around today to find them, and be thankful for them. I’m thankful for the following “W” blessings: wool, women, wisdom, waking up, windows, windshields, wells, water, watermelon, wages, walls, Wednesday night Bible Study, weddings, http://www., winning, warmth, words, work and winners.

Marathon runners are amazing. Everyone who crosses the finish line after months of incredibly intense training and a grueling race is definitely a winner! Reading the book of Acts and the Apostle Paul’s letters, we see that his life was one huge marathon, and he was a winner.

Here’s what Paul wrote when he finished his marathon: “…I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day…” (2nd Timothy 4:7,8) The Apostle Paul is a winner I’m very thankful for!

I really have to add my b-i-l William to that list. He is an incredible person who loves the Lord, which in turn makes him extremely likeable!
